Refund Policy

The short version
You never pay for a video you cannot use. Failed renders refund themselves automatically, and quality problems are handled by a human — regenerate or refund, your choice.
Technical failures (automatic)
If a render errors out, times out, or the video provider rejects the photo, the video credit for that generation is returned to your balance automatically — you can immediately generate again with the same or a different photo. If you would rather have the money back, write to us and we refund that video's share of the pack.
Quality misses (7-day window)
If the result misses on quality — the face drifted from the photo, the outfit warped, or the routine is clearly broken — contact us within 7 days of the purchase with the generation in question. We will regenerate that video once at no cost, or refund that video's share of the pack if regeneration cannot fix it. One quality claim per video.
What is not covered
Photos that violate our upload rules (other people without permission, celebrities, minors), results that faithfully match the photo but that you simply no longer want after successful generation and download, and requests made after the 7-day quality window. Unused video credits from a pack are not refundable once you have downloaded videos worth more than the pack price.
How to request
Email hello@firestarterkdadance.org with the payment receipt Stripe sent you at checkout, or your account page link. Approved card refunds are issued via Stripe and typically land within 5–10 business days.
