Terms of Service

The service
firestarterkdadance.org turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated dance video (15 seconds, 720p, in your chosen size of 9:16, 16:9, 3:4 or 4:3, with an AI-generated music track). Videos are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Independent fan project. Not affiliated with Riot Games or K/DA.
What you may upload
Only photos of yourself, or of people who have explicitly given you permission to use their image. You confirm you are 18 or older and hold these rights before generating. Uploading photos of celebrities, public figures, minors, or anyone who has not consented is prohibited. Photos of copyright-protected characters may not be uploaded as the subject of a generation.
AI output
Videos are machine-generated and may contain artifacts or imperfect likenesses. The music track is AI-generated in a K-pop style and is not the official song. We make no claim of affiliation with, or endorsement by, Riot Games or K/DA. “K/DA” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Payments
Packs are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Videos from a pack never expire. If a generation fails on our side you are not charged for it (see the refund policy). You agree that the anonymous session in your browser is the wallet holding your purchased videos — keep using the same browser to keep access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, defame, sexualize, or misrepresent any person; to generate content intended to deceive (for example deepfakes presented as real); or for commercial resale of the generated files without written permission. We may refuse or remove generations that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack from which the claim arises.
